Regarding the establishment of Van Giang Town under Chau Giang District, Hung Yen Province

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).The People's Committee of Hung Yen province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department under the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Establish Van Giang Town under Chau Giang District, Hung Yen Province based on the entire area and population of Van Phuc Commune.
Van Giang Town has 677.91 hectares of natural area and 8,590 inhabitants.
The administrative boundary of Van Giang Town: East borders Long Hung Commune and Cuu Cao Commune; West borders Gia Lam District (Hanoi City); South borders Lien Nghia Commune; North borders Phung Cong Commune.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect fifteen days after its issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen Province, the Minister, the Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
