THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 05/NN/TCCB-QĐ dated January 6, 1989 of the Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) on the transfer of Station III Health Center under the Office of the Ministry to the management of Region I Hospital;
Pursuant to Notification No. 637/TB-VP dated February 12, 1999 of the Office of the Ministry regarding the meeting on the organizational restructuring of Station III Health Center (Phuong Mai Station);
Considering the proposal of the Director of Region I Hospital, the Director of the Medical Center, and the Director of the Personnel Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer Station III Health Center, currently under the management of Region I Hospital, to the management of Labor Medical Center.
The Station is a basic health organization, authorized to use its own seal in professional transactions. Its headquarters is located at Phuong Mai (as previously transferred by the Office of the Ministry).
Article 2. Entrust the Director of Region I Hospital and the Director of the Medical Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to carry out the transfer and acceptance of Station III Health Center in its current state, including duties, physical assets, related files and documents, labor force, and existing staffing quotas according to the guidance of relevant departments within the Ministry and current national regulations. The transfer and acceptance must be completed before February 28, 1999.
Entrust the Director of the Medical Center to define the specific duties, scope of operations, organizational structure, staffing, and work procedures of Station III Health Center according to current regulations and the delegation of authority from the Ministry.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Personnel Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the Director of Region I Hospital, and the Director of the Medical Center are responsible for implementing this Decision. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
