THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government promulgating the Investment and Construction Management Regulations;

At the proposal of the Director of the National Construction Quality Inspection Agency.

Article 1. Issued together with this decision are the Construction Quality Management Regulations, replacing:

- The Design Review and Approval Regulation for Construction Projects issued together with Decision No. 497/BXD-GĐ dated September 18, 1996 of the Minister of Construction and Decision No. 541/1997/QĐ-BXD dated November 22, 1997 amending and supplementing Decision No. 497/BXD-GĐ;

- The Construction Project Quality Management Charter issued together with Decision No. 498/BXD-GĐ dated September 18, 1996 of the Minister of Construction.

- The Construction Project Warranty Regulation issued together with Decision No. 499/BXD-GĐ dated September 18, 1996 of the Minister of Construction and Decision No. 540/1997/QĐ-BXD dated January 22, 1997 amending and supplementing Decision No. 499/BXD-GĐ.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature and apply to all construction projects throughout the country.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees under central jurisdiction, central bodies of social organizations, Councils of State-Owned Enterprise Total Companies, and related organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
