THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Decree No.: 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Decision No.: 83/2000-QĐ/BNN-TCCB dated August 8, 2000 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the establishment of the Agricultural and Rural Development Magazine;
Considering the proposal of the Editor-in-Chief of the Agricultural and Rural Development Magazine, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The operational mechanism of the Agricultural and Rural Development Magazine is changed: The Magazine is a state-owned entity with income; operating funds come from scientific affairs, subsidized press prices, and self-generated revenue; it is allowed to use its own seal and open a separate account at the Treasury in accordance with current State regulations.
Article 2. This Decision supplements the Decision No.: 83/2000/QĐ/BNN/TCCB dated August 8, 2000 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the establishment of the Agricultural and Rural Development Magazine and shall take effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Heads of relevant agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Agricultural and Rural Development Magazine are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
