Regarding the assignment of the leading agency and the coordinating agencies for drafting legislative projects
of the Government during the 11th National Assembly term
(2002 - 2007) and in 2003

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 12/2002/QH11 dated December 16, 2002 of the National Assembly on the Legislative Program of the National Assembly during the 11th term (2002 - 2007) and in 2003;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 222/2003/NQ-UBTVQH dated February 10, 2003 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the implementation of the National Assembly's Resolution on the Legislative Program of the National Assembly during the 11th term (2002 - 2007) and in 2003;

Article 1. Attached hereto is the Assignment of Leading Agencies and Coordinating Agencies for Drafting Legislative Projects under the Legislative Program of the Government during the 11th National Assembly Term (2002 - 2007) and in 2003.
Article 2. The Prime Minister authorizes the Ministers of the Ministries, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of agencies under the Government assigned as leading agencies for drafting legislative projects to establish a drafting board comprising representatives from relevant ministries, sectors, and other related agencies.
The Ministers, Heads of leading agencies for drafting legislative projects shall organize the drafting of projects in accordance with the prescribed schedule to submit to the Government for consideration and approval before submitting to the National Assembly and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of agencies under the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
