MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decision No. 172/2004/QĐ-TTg dated September 29, 2004 of the Prime Minister approving the restructuring plan and development orientation for schools under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to the Statute of secondary vocational schools promulgated together with Decision No. 24/2000/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated July 11, 2000 of the Minister of Education and Training;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Central Land Administration Secondary School No. II (Ba Đình Ward, Bỉm Sơn Town, Thanh Hoá Province) shall be renamed to Central Natural Resources and Environment Secondary School.
Article 2. The Principal of the Central Natural Resources and Environment Secondary School shall take the lead and coordinate with the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department to establish the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the school for submission to the Minister for approval.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Principal of the Central Land Administration Secondary School No. II, and the Heads of subordinate units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
