REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR UNDERGROUND COAL AND GRAPHITE MINE OPERATIONS 18-TCN-5-2006
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
On the basis of Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
At the proposal of the Director of the Industrial Safety and Technology Agency,

Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the "Technical Regulations for Underground Coal and Graphite Mine Operations 18-TCN-5-2006".
Article 2. These regulations shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 141/MT/KT2 dated March 21, 1985 of the Minister of Mines and Coal on the issuance of "Technical Regulations for Underground Coal and Graphite Mine Operations 18-TCN-5-2006".
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Department Heads, the Agency Directors under the Ministry, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
