THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and foreign trade agency activities;
Pursuant to Decision No. 82/2003/QĐ-BTC dated June 13, 2003 of the Minister of Finance on the issuance of the Export and Import Goods List of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The HS Code List for the Plant Quarantine Object List issued pursuant to Decision No. 72/2005/QĐ-BNN dated November 14, 2005 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is hereby promulgated along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette;
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, and the Heads of relevant units and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
