Regarding the issuance of the Rules on the organization and operation of fund management companies

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BASED ON THE SECURITIES LAW NUMBER 70/2006/QH11 OF JUNE 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2007/ND-CP dated January 19, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Securities Law
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Rules on the organization and operation of fund management companies are hereby issued.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, fund management companies, and other relevant parties are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
