Regarding the issuance of the Regulation on Handling Complaints and Petitions of the Ministry of Transport

MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Pursuant to the Law on Complaints and Petitions 1998 and the Laws amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Complaints and Petitions;
Pursuant to Decree No. 136/2006/ND-CP dated November 14, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Complaints and Petitions and the Laws amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Complaints and Petitions;
Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
1. This Circular stipulates regulations on badges, flags, uniforms; means and technical equipment for sector inspectors in the Transport Industry.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the "Regulation on Handling Complaints and Petitions of the Ministry of Transport".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Inspector General of the Ministry, the Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, and Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
