promulgating the framework curriculum for intermediate vocational level and the framework curriculum for higher vocational level in the profession of "Medical Electrical Equipment Technology"

Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Training dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on framework curricula for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level;

Considering the proposal of the Evaluation Council regarding the issuance of the framework curriculum for intermediate vocational level and the framework curriculum for higher vocational level in the profession of "Medical Electrical Equipment Technology";

At the recommendation of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,

DECIDES:

Article 1.

To promulgate, attached to this Decision, the framework curricula for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level in the profession: "Medical Electrical Equipment Technology".

On the basis of these framework curricula, the Principals of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities registered to conduct intermediate and higher vocational training shall determine, review, and approve their own vocational training programs. Article 2.

This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, universities registered to conduct intermediate and higher vocational training in the profession of "Medical Electrical Equipment Technology", and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 3. MINISTER
