Issuing the Regulation on Management and Use of Land Reserved for National Defense Purposes Not Yet Used Immediately for National Defense Tasks for Economic Purposes

MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE

WHEREASapursuant to the Law on Land 2003 and related Decreesissued by the Government;WHEREASpursuant to the Ordinance of the Government No. 104/2008/NĐ-CP dated September 16, 2008 providing for functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

WHEREAS pursuant to Document No. 1869/TTg-KTN dated November 4, 2008 of the Prime Ministeron mechanisms for using national defense land; CONSIDERING the proposal of the Deputy Chief of General Staff,THE CIRCULAR: Article 1.This Circular issues the Regulation on Management and Use of Land Reserved for National Defense Purposes Not Yet Used Immediately for National Defense Tasks for Economic Purposes to be attached hereto.Article 2.

This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of signature. All previous provisions contrary to this issued Regulation are abolished.Article 3.The Deputy Chief of General Staff, Heads of Departments and Units under all Services shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.ng Government ofTitle mechanisms for the use of defense land;

Considering the proposal of the Chief of General Staff,

CIRCULAR:

Article 1. This Circular promulgates regulations on the management and utilization of planned defense land not immediately used for defense purposes for economic purposes.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of signature. All previous provisions contrary to the Regulations issued by this Circular are abolished.

Article 3. The Chief of General Staff, Directors of Departments and Heads of units throughout the military shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
