BASED ON DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP, JANUARY 3, 2008 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT; DECREE NO. 75/2009 AMENDING DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE PLANT VARIETY LAW;

dated November 17, 2020; ISSUING THE LIST OF ADDITIONAL FOREST CROP SPECIES AND NON-TIMBER FOREST PRODUCTS IN 63 POOR DISTRICTS IN 21 PROVINCES PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION 30A/2008/NQ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT,
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE LIST OF ADDITIONAL FOREST CROP SPECIES AND NON-TIMBER FOREST PRODUCTS IN 63 POOR DISTRICTS IN 21 PROVINCES (ANNEX ATTACHED).
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FORTY-FIVE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE FORESTRY GENERAL DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED UNITS AND ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
