Supplementing Circular No. 14/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 29, 2011

on inspection and evaluation of agricultural input production and business establishments and forestry and aquatic product production and business establishments

Agricultural inputs and forestry and aquatic products

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP;

Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Goods Quality adopted by the National Assembly on November 21, 2007 and the Government's Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality and Goods Quality;

Pursuant to the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations adopted by the National Assembly on June 29, 2006 and the Government's Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;

Pursuant to the Food Safety Law adopted by the National Assembly on June 17, 2010 and the Government's Decree No. 38/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 25, 2012 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Food Safety Law,

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular supplementing Circular No. 14/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 29, 2011 as follows:

Article 1. Model No. 11, Model No. guiding and inspection forms for evaluating and classifying conditions ensuring quality and food safety for processing establishments as set out in Appendix I attached to this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Directors of the Department of Quality Assurance of Forestry and Aquatic Products, the Department of Processing, Trade in Forestry and Aquatic Products and Salt Industry, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
