ISSUING TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY FOR PASSENGER CABLEWAY SYSTEMS
CONCERNING PASSENGER CABLEWAY SYSTEMS
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product and Goods Quality;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Labor Safety;
The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to stipulate Technical Regulations on Occupational Safety for Passenger Cableway Systems.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates Technical Regulations on Occupational Safety for passenger cableway systems attached hereto.
Designation: QCVN 19: 2014/BLDTBXH.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 30, 2015.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementation.
