CIRCULAR
Issuing the List of Plant Quarantine Objects
of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Pursuant to the Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine No. 41/2013/QH13;
Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular on the List of Plant Quarantine Objects of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the List of Plant Quarantine Objects of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 2. Effectiveness
1. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2015.
2. This Circular replaces Decision No. 73/2005/QĐ-BNN dated November 14, 2005 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the List of Plant Quarantine Objects of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation of this Circular, if there are difficulties or obstacles, relevant agencies, units, organizations, and individuals must promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Plant Protection Department) for consolidation and submission to the Minister for consideration and decision./.
