CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on automobile lifting and loading systems

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 28/2012/TT-BKHCN dated December 12, 2012, issued by the Minister of Science and Technology on the announcement of conformity to standards, announcement of conformity to technical regulations, and methods for assessing compliance with standards and technical regulations, which have been amended and supplemented by Circular No. 02/2017/TT-BKHCN dated March 31, 2017
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency;
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on automobile lifting and loading systems.
Article 1. Attached herewith are the National Technical Regulations on automobile lifting and loading systems.
Registration code: QCVN 88:2015/BGTVT.
Article 2.This Circular shall take effect from March 1, 2016.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Inspection Agency, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
