Issued Article 24TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SANITARY SAFETY FOR CONTAINERS AND UTENSILS
MADE OF GLASS, PORCELAIN, AND STONE WARE WITH ENAMEL COATING IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH FOOD

Pursuant to the Food Safety Law dated June 17, 2010 and Decree No. 38/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 25, 2012 of the Government detailing implementation of certain articles of the Food Safety Law;
BASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006, and DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
This Circular prescribes procedures for receiving, providing health care for domestic violence victims and statistical reports on domestic violence victims at medical facilities.
At the proposal of the Director of the Food Safety Administration;

QCVN 12-4:2015/BYT - NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SANITARY SAFETY FOR CONTAINERS AND UTENSILS MADE OF GLASS, PORCELAIN, AND STONE WARE WITH ENAMEL COATING IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH FOOD.
ABOLISH THE PROVISIONS SET OUT IN SECTION 4.1 AND SECTION 4.2, PART 4 OF THE SANITARY SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR CONTAINERS AND UTENSILS USED TO STORE FOOD ISSUED ALONG WITH DECISION NO. 46/2007/QĐ-BYT DATED DECEMBER 19, 2007 OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ON "LIMITS FOR MAXIMUM BIOLOGICAL AND CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION IN FOOD" FROM THE DATE THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 1, 2016.

THE DIRECTOR OF THE FOOD SAFETY AGENCY, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH, SUBORDINATE UNITS OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH; DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE HEALTH SERVICES AND DIRECTLY-GOVERNED CITY HEALTH SERVICES, AND RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, GROUPS, AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
