ISSUES THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON BROADBAND DATA TRANSMISSION EQUIPMENT OPERATING IN THE 2.4 GHZ FREQUENCY BAND
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated November 23, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 78/2018/NĐ-CP OF MAY 16, 2018 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 1, 2007 PROVIDING DETAILED GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ESTABLISH THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON BROADBAND DATA TRANSMISSION EQUIPMENT OPERATING IN THE 2.4 GHZ FREQUENCY BAND.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON BROADBAND DATA TRANSMISSION EQUIPMENT OPERATING IN THE 2.4 GHZ FREQUENCY BAND (QCVN 54:2020/BTTTT).
Article 2. Effectiveness
1. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2021.
2. THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON WIRELESS TRANSMITTERS AND RECEIVERS USING SPREAD SPECTRUM MODULATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE 2.4 GHZ FREQUENCY BAND, DESIGNATED AS QCVN 54:2011/BTTTT, AS PROVIDED IN CLAUSE 14, ARTICLE 1 OF THE CIRCULAR NO. 29/2011/TT-BTTTT OF OCTOBER 26, 2011 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON TELECOMMUNICATIONS SHALL CEASE TO BE ENFORCED FROM JULY 1, 2021.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF AGENCIES AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENTS DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THIS MATTER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
