BASED ON THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION LAW NO. 148/2025/QH15;
BASED ON THE POPULARIZATION AND LEGAL EDUCATION LAW NO. 14/2012/QH13;
BASED ON THE CYBERSECURITY LAW NO. 86/2015/QH13 AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY LAW NO. 35/2018/QH14;
BASED ON THE CYBERSECURITY LAW NO. 116/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Law on Digital Data No. 60/2024/QH15;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 52/2015/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE NATIONAL DATABASE OF LAWS;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 137/2024/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT ON ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS OF STATE AGENCIES AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS FOR ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 278/2025/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT ON CONNECTION AND COMPULSORY DATA SHARING BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONS UNDER THE POLITICAL SYSTEM;
At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;
THE PRIME MINISTER ISSUES THE DECISION TO ISSUE THE REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT, OPERATION, AND EXPLOITATION OF THE NATIONAL LEGAL PORTAL.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT, OPERATION, AND EXPLOITATION OF THE NATIONAL LEGAL PORTAL.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2026.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-EQUIVALENT AGENCIES, AND RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
