Pursuant to Decree No. 34 dated March 25, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of National Defense,
In light of current needs,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Article 4 of Decree No. 34 dated March 25, 1946 is amended as follows:
"In the management of specialized bureaus, there shall be a Director directly assisting the Minister:"
Article 2
Section 4 in Article 6 (Intelligence Bureau) and Article 10 are hereby abolished.
Article 3
The Minister of National Defense shall implement this Decree.
