PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Report of the Minister of Education and Training (No. 2460/TCCB dated April 20, 1994) and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6The Private Eastern University is hereby established.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Private Eastern University is a higher education institution under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training, having legal personality, its own seal, and separate accounts. The system of diplomas of the Private Eastern University is part of the national document system.
Article 3. The Private Eastern University shall organize and operate in accordance with the law, the charter for private universities, and its own regulations issued by the Minister of Education and Training.
Article 4. The Minister of Education and Training, the Ministers and Heads of agencies equivalent to ministries, the Heads of government agencies, and the Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
