DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Regarding the issuance of the operational regulations of the Ministry of Finance

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 23/2003/ND-CP dated March 12, 2003 of the Government on the operational regulations of the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77 dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry;
DECISION:
Article 1. The operational regulations of the Ministry of Finance are hereby promulgated together with this decision.
Article 2. Heads of units under and directly under the Ministry shall issue specific operational regulations for their units in accordance with these regulations.
The Director of the Ministry's Office shall be responsible for regularly urging and inspecting the implementation of these regulations and reporting to the Minister.
Article 3. This decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature, replacing Decision No. 670 TC/QD/VP dated June 27, 1995 on the issuance of operational regulations and work relations within the Ministry of Finance's agency and Decision No. 1105 TC/QD/VP dated December 4, 1996 of the Minister of Finance on detailed provisions regarding operational regulations and work relations of the Ministry of Finance's leadership.
Comrades in leadership positions at the Ministry, heads of units under the Ministry, and affiliated public service units shall strictly implement this decision.
