RESOLUTION
Regarding the total establishment and number of Judges of the Supreme People's Court in 2003
The total establishment of cadres and civil servants of the Supreme People's Court in 2003 is 523 (five hundred twenty-three) persons, of which the number of Supreme People's Court Judges is 120 (one hundred twenty) persons.

Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the People's Courts;
Considering the proposal of the President of the Supreme People's Court;
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. The Government and the President of the Supreme People's Court shall be responsible within their respective duties and authorities for implementing this Resolution.
Article 2. The Government and the President of the Supreme People's Court shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution within the scope of their respective duties and authorities.
