RESOLUTION
Regarding the approval of the administrative apparatus assisting local People's Courts

THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the People's Courts;
Considering the proposal of the President of the Supreme People's Court;
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Approves Decision No. 17/2003/TCCB dated February 17, 2003 of the President of the Supreme People's Court stipulating the administrative apparatus assisting local People's Courts.
Article 2. The President of the Supreme People's Court shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution within the scope of his duties and powers.
