DECISION
REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE OVERALL PLAN FOR THE REORGANIZATION AND MODERNIZATION OF STATE ENTERPRISES UNDER THE MINISTRY OF AQUATIC RESOURCES FOR THE PERIOD 2003-2005
BASED ON Directive No. 01/2003/CT-TTg dated January 16, 2003, of the Prime Minister on continuing to reorganize, modernize, develop, and improve the efficiency of state enterprises;
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on Directive No. 01/2003/CT-TTg dated January 16, 2003 of the Government Chairman on continuing to promote the restructuring, modernization, development, and improvement of efficiency of state-owned enterprises;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Minister of Aquatic Resources in Official Letter No. 2102/TTr-BTS, No. 176 TS/TCCB-LĐ, No. 535/TS-TCKT, No. 581 TS/TCCB-LĐ; opinions of the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and the conclusions of the Review Board at the meeting held on January 6, 2003.
APPROVE the overall plan for the reorganization and modernization of state enterprises under the Ministry of Aquatic Resources for the period 2003 to 2005 as attached as an appendix.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Minister of Aquatic Resources shall be responsible for directing the implementation of the reorganization and modernization of state enterprises directly under the Ministry according to the approved content and schedule. Any adjustments or supplements must be approved by the Prime Minister.
Article 2. The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and related ministries, sectors, and localities shall be responsible for coordinating with the Ministry of Aquatic Resources in implementing this Plan in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3. The Minister of Aquatic Resources and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development shall be responsible for directing, urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Plan, and at the same time recommending to
Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Minister of Fisheries and the Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
