Regulations on the total establishment and number of judges of people's courts at local levels in 2003
The total establishment of cadres and civil servants of provincial and centrally-administered city people's courts in 2003 is 3,064 (three thousand sixty-four) persons, including 1,118 (one thousand one hundred eighteen) judges of provincial-level people's courts.

Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the People's Courts;
Considering the proposal of the President of the Supreme People's Court;
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. The total establishment of cadres and civil servants of district, urban district, town, and provincial-level city people's courts in 2003 is 5,936 (five thousand nine hundred thirty-six) persons, including 3,515 (three thousand five hundred fifteen) judges of district-level people's courts.
Article 2. The Government and the President of the Supreme People's Court shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution within their respective functions and powers.
Article 3. The Government and the President of the Supreme People's Court shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution within the scope of their respective duties and authorities.
