THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decree 95/ND-CP dated August 27, 1994 of the Government on collecting part of hospital fees;
Pursuant to the Minutes of the Advisory Council meetings on establishing provisional quotas for drugs, chemicals, and consumable materials for implementing healthcare services;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment;
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the provisional list of drug, chemical, and consumable material quotas for the basis of establishing healthcare service prices (attached list).
Article 2. This list serves as the basis for establishing and promulgating the price for collecting part of hospital fees as stipulated in Decree 95/ND-CP dated August 27, 1997 of the Government on collecting part of hospital fees.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 4.The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Inspectors General, Directors of hospitals and institutes under the Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Service Directors, and Heads of health services of various sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
