RESOLUTION
Regarding the approval of the operational structure of the Supreme People's Procuracy

STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session;
BASED ON THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE PEOPLE'S PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE;
Considering the proposal of the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy;
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Approves Decision No. 01/2003/QĐ/VKSTC-TCCB dated February 19, 2003 of the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy stipulating the operational structure of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
Article 2. The staffing and organizational structure of units within the operational structure of the Supreme People's Procuracy shall be determined by the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
Article 3. The Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution within the scope of his duties and powers.
