BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Pursuant to the Law on National Reserves dated November 20, 2012;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 94/2013/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on National Reserves;
BASED ON Circular No. 211/2013/TT-BTC dated December 30, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on procedures for exporting, transferring, distributing, using national reserve goods for relief and aid purposes and managing funds to ensure the export and transfer of relief and aid goods;
PURSUANT TO the proposal of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province in Document No. 1007/UBND-NN dated February 28, 2014 regarding support for Avian Influenza H5N1 vaccine and anti-disease chemicals;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. NAVETCO Joint Stock Company shall export (without charge) 7,000 liters of disinfectant chemical Benkocid from national reserves to the province of Nghe An for avian influenza prevention and control.
The export, transfer, management, and use of the aforementioned chemicals shall be carried out in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature..
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, the Department of Animal Health, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, the General Director of NAVETCO Joint Stock Company, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
