THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Law on Product and Commodities Quality dated November 21, 2007
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Measurement dated October 6, 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/ND-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decision No. 11/2008/QD-BXD dated July 1, 2008 of the Minister of Construction promulgating the Regulation on the Recognition and Management of Construction Laboratory Activities;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1468/QD-BXD dated December 17, 2008 delegating authority to the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department to issue Decisions recognizing the testing capabilities of construction laboratories.
Considering the application for laboratory recognition submitted by the Limited Liability Company for Geotechnical and Environmental Construction Consultancy on July 20, 2009;
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognizes the Comprehensive Laboratory of the Limited Liability Company for Geotechnical and Environmental Construction Consultancy, code number LAS-XD547, address: No. 336/5 Phan Van Trung Street, Ward 11, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, to be authorized to perform additional tests listed in the attached table of this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance until June 1, 2010.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Heads of the management bodies mentioned in Article 1, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
