Regarding the shareholding reform of Vietnam Ceramic Glass Corporation
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2004/ND-CP dated November 16, 2004 of the Government on converting state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Considering the proposal of Vietnam Ceramic Glass Corporation (Document No. 322/DV-TC dated October 18, 2005);
At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board under the Ministry and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Vietnam Ceramic Glass Corporation, under the Ministry of Industry, shall carry out shareholding reform in 2006.
Article 2. Vietnam Ceramic Glass Corporation shall determine the enterprise value, develop a shareholding reform plan for approval by the Ministry of Industry, and complete all procedures to convert the company into a joint-stock company in accordance with the relevant State regulations.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Inspector General of the Ministry, the Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Enterprise Reform and Development Board under the Ministry, and the General Director of Vietnam Ceramic Glass Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision.
