BASED ON DECREE NO. 75/2009/ND-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT, PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE LIST OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT (INCLUDING THE FORMER MINISTRY OF FISHERIES) AS THE LEAD OR JOINTLY ISSUED THAT HAVE LOST THEIR EFFECTIVE FORCE AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2009, INCLUDING 111 DOCUMENTS (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Legal Department, the heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
