DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Regarding the issuance of the dialogue regulation with tax payers and customs declarants

 THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;

BASED ON Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the request of the Director of the Tax Policy Department, the Director General of the Tax Administration总局,海关总局局长的请求，

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on Dialogue with Tax Payers and Customs Declarants" to be implemented within the Ministry of Finance.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, the Director of the Tax Policy Department, the Director Generals of the Tax Administration总局,海关总局局长和所有相关组织及个人负责执行本决定。
