REGARDING THE ADOPTION AND TRANSFER OF THE HOANG THI LOAN KNITTING COMPANY TO BE A MEMBER OF THE VIETNAM TEXTILE AND GARMENT CORPORATION

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
BASED ON THE LETTER NO. 24/CP-DMDN OF APRIL 17, 2000 FROM THE PRIME MINISTER APPROVING THE OVERALL PLAN FOR THE REORGANIZATION OF STATE ENTERPRISES UNDER THE VIETNAM TEXTILE AND GARMENT CORPORATION;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM TEXTILE AND GARMENT CORPORATION (LETTER NO. 794/CV-HĐQT, JUNE 2, 2000);
At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. TO ADOPT AND TRANSFER THE HOANG THI LOAN KNITTING COMPANY, SUBORDINATE TO THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NGHE AN PROVINCE, IN ITS CURRENT STATE AS AN INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTING MEMBER OF THE VIETNAM TEXTILE AND GARMENT CORPORATION.
Article 2. THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM TEXTILE AND GARMENT CORPORATION SHALL ORGANIZE THE ADOPTION OF THE HOANG THI LOAN KNITTING COMPANY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES SET BY THE STATE.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS AND BUREAUS, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT, THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM TEXTILE AND GARMENT CORPORATION, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE HOANG THI LOAN KNITTING COMPANY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
