Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Circular No. 3537/VPCP/TCCB dated June 27, 2005 of the Government Office notifying the Prime Minister's opinion on the transfer of three hospitals;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Finance Department, the Director of the Planning Department, the Director of the Labor Health Center, and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,

Article 1: Transfer the current state of Coffee Hospital 5, Vietnam Germany Coffee Hospital, and 333 General Hospital under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province for reception and management.
Article 2: Entrust the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department to take the lead, the Director of the Health Center to prepare, and together with relevant agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to be responsible for transferring the current state: duties, physical assets, land, files and documents, labor... currently held by Coffee Hospital 5, Vietnam Germany Coffee Hospital, and 333 General Hospital under the Ministry to the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province for reception and management.
Article 3: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4: The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Heads of related agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Director of the Labor Health Center are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
