THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 59/2006/NĐ-CP dated June 12, 2006 of the Government detailing the Law on Trade regarding goods and services prohibited from trade, restricted trade, and conditional trade;
Pursuant to Circular No. 4896/VPCP-VI dated September 5, 2006 of the Office of the Government regarding the notification of the Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung's opinion on entrusting the Ministry of Industry with the main responsibility for drafting and promptly issuing technical safety management regulations for refilling liquefied petroleum gas into bottles;
At the proposal of the Director of the Industrial Safety Technology Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing "Technical Safety Management Regulations for Refilling Liquefied Petroleum Gas into Bottles".
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Industry Departments, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
