Article 1. This Decision promulgates the attached RegulationOn Legal Knowledge Training for Traffic Law for Drivers of Special-Purpose Motorcycles Participating in Road Traffic.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Directors of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport and Public Works, and the Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
