Regarding the issuance of Criteria for Approval
of the National Trade Promotion Program
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 279/2005/QD-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of Regulations on the formulation and implementation of the National Trade Promotion Program for the period 2006-2010;
After reaching consensus with relevant Ministries;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Trade Promotion,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Criteria for Approval of the National Trade Promotion Program are hereby issued.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 13/2006/QD-BTM dated March 7, 2006 of the Minister of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade).
Article 3. Heads of relevant agencies and members of the National Trade Promotion Program Review Board are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
