Decision No. 36/2008/QD-BLDTBXH promulgates the Framework Program for Intermediate Vocational Qualification and the Framework Program for Higher Vocational Qualification for the profession "Medical Electronic Equipment Technology".

DECISION

ISSUING THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL INTERMEDIATE LEVEL, AND THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL ASSOCIATE DEGREE LEVEL FOR THE OCCUPATION OF "ELECTRONIC MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY"

FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL INTERMEDIATE LEVEL, AND FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL ASSOCIATE DEGREE LEVEL FOR THE OCCUPATION OF

"ELECTRONIC MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY"

THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating the Regulations on Framework Curriculum for Vocational Intermediate Level, and Framework Curriculum for Vocational Associate Degree Level;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the Framework Curriculum for Vocational Intermediate Level, and the Framework Curriculum for Vocational Associate Degree Level for the occupation of "Electronic Medical Equipment Technology";
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Framework Curriculum for Vocational Intermediate Level, and the Framework Curriculum for Vocational Associate Degree Level for the occupation: "Electronic Medical Equipment Technology".

On the basis of the above Framework Curricula, the Rectors of vocational associate degree colleges, vocational intermediate level colleges, vocational intermediate level specialized colleges, associate degree colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate level and associate degree level shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the training programs applicable to their institutions.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, General Department of Vocational Training, vocational associate degree colleges, vocational intermediate level colleges, vocational intermediate level specialized colleges, associate degree colleges, universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate level and associate degree level for the occupation of "Electronic Medical Equipment Technology", and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
