ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL QUALITY AWARD FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Construction Law dated November 26, 2003;
WHEREAS, Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities dated November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 209/2004/ND-CP dated December 16, 2004 of the Government on Quality Management of Construction Projects and Decree No. 49/2008/ND-CP dated April 18, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 209/2004/ND-CP dated December 16, 2004 of the Government on Quality Management of Construction Projects;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 42/2010/ND-CP dated April 15, 2010 of the Government detailing implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and Decree No. 39/2012/ND-CP dated April 27, 2012 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 42/2010/ND-CP;
At the proposal of the Minister of Construction;
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT hereby promulgates the Regulations on the Organization of the National Quality Award for Construction Projects,
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION are the "Regulations on the Organization of the National Quality Award for Construction Projects"
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from November 1, 2012.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under central city status, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
