CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE REVISED AND UPDATED LIST OF PERMITTED FEED PRODUCTS FOR AQUACULTURE IN VIETNAM
is permitted to be circulated in Vietnam
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2010/ND-CP of the Government dated February 5, 2010 on animal feed management;
Pursuant to Circular No. 66/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 10, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development detailing certain provisions of Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated February 5, 2010 of the Government on the management of animal feed;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the Amended and Supplementary List of Aquatic Feed Products Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam.
Attached hereto is the Amended and Supplementary List of Aquatic Feed Products Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam, including:
Article 1The revised and updated list of permitted feed products for aquaculture in Vietnam, attached hereto, includes:
2. The Supplementary List of Supplemental Feed Products and Raw Materials for Feed Production for Aquaculture Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam (Annex 2).
3. The Amended List of Manufacturer Names and Product Names in the Lists of Aquatic Feed Products Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam (Annex 3).
3. The list of revised names of manufacturers and importers in the lists of permitted aquaculture feed products in Vietnam (Annex 3).
Article 2This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the General Director of the Fisheries General Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and individuals related to the production, business, and use of aquaculture feed are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
