At the proposal of the Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular stipulating the adjustment rate for monthly salary and income already paid for social insurance;inh and Social Affairs shall stipulate:

Article 1. The Technical Regulation on Occupational Safety for Suspended Work Platforms accompanying this Circular is hereby promulgated.

Article 2. The National Technical Regulation on Occupational Safety for Suspended Work Platforms shall take effect from June 25, 2014.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and organizations and individuals related thereto shall be responsible for implementation./.
