CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE LIST OF HEAVY, DANGEROUS, AND HARMFUL TRADES AND PROFESSIONS AT COLLEGE AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVELS

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2015/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2015 of the Government detailing some provisions of the Law on Vocational Education;

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;Government Decree No. 14/2015/NĐ-CP dated February 12, 2015 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the General Director of the General Department of Vocational Education and Training; business;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to issue the List of heavy, dangerous, and harmful trades and professions at college and vocational college levels.having a secondary level degree, a college level degree.

Article 1. Attached herewith is the List of heavy, dangerous, and harmful trades and professions at college and vocational college levels.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 12, 2018. This Circular serves as the basis for ministries, sectors, localities, and other relevant organizations and individuals to implement regulations related to heavy, dangerous, and harmful trades and professions at college and vocational college levels in vocational education. Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BLDTBXH dated August 26, 2014 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on the List of heavy, dangerous, and harmful trades and professions at vocational college and vocational college levels shall cease to be effective from the date this Circular takes effect.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political and social organizations, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, educational institutions registered for vocational education activities, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties or new heavy, dangerous, and harmful trades and professions arise, it is requested that organizations and individuals promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for guidance or supplementation and adjustment as appropriate./.
