Issuing technical regulations and economic-technical norms for water resources surveying and mapping

Pursuant to the Law on Water Resources No. 17/2012/QH13 dated June 21, 2012;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment At the proposal of the Director of the Water Resources Management Department, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to promulgate technical regulations and economic-technical norms for water resources surveying and mapping and flow model-based water resources assessment and forecasting. Accompanying this Circular are technical regulations and economic-technical norms for water resources surveying and mapping and flow model-based water resources assessment and forecasting.;

This Circular takes effect from November 21, 2017 and replaces Circular No. 10/2010/TT-BTNMT dated July 1, 2010 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on economic-technical norms for water resources surveying and mapping. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-attached agencies, provincial People's Committees under central cities, heads of units directly under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

Article 1. In the process of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 21, 2017, and replaces Circular No. 10/2010/TT-BTNMT dated July 1, 2010, issued by the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, stipulating economic and technical norms for water resources surveying and mapping.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-attached agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During the implementation process, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./
