Issuing National Technical Regulations on safe emulsion explosive
for underground mines with explosive gases
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives, and Supporting Tools dated June 20, 2017;
Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities dated November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations; Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality; Decree No. 74/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality;
Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Safety Technology and Industrial Environment;
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular promulgating the National Technical Regulation on safe emulsion explosive for underground mines with explosive gases.
Article 1. Promulgate the National Technical Regulation on safe emulsion explosive for underground mines with explosive gases.
Code: QCVN 06:2020/BCT.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2021.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Safety and Environmental Protection, the Director of the Science and Technology Department; Directors of Provincial Departments of Industry and Trade under central cities; Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to this Circular shall be responsible for its implementation./.
