CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE CODE OF UNIT COST ESTIMATES FOR THE SPECIALIZED SECTOR OF ELECTRIC POWER TRANSMISSION LINE INSTALLATION AND SUBSTATION INSTALLATION
Pursuant to the Law on Construction promulgated on June 18, 2014;
WHEREAS, the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Construction Law on June 2022, 17 June 20220;
Based on Decree No. 96/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 29, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 10/2021/NĐ-CP dated February 9, 2021 of the Government on management of construction investment costs, construction costs; construction investments;
At the proposal of the Director of the Electricity and Renewable Energy Department;
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON THE CODE OF UNIT COST ESTIMATES FOR THE SPECIALIZED SECTOR OF ELECTRIC POWER TRANSMISSION LINE INSTALLATION AND SUBSTATION INSTALLATION.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE CODE OF UNIT COST ESTIMATES FOR THE SPECIALIZED SECTOR OF ELECTRIC POWER TRANSMISSION LINE INSTALLATION AND SUBSTATION INSTALLATION, INCLUDING:
1. PART I: UNIT COST ESTIMATES FOR THE SPECIALIZED SECTOR OF ELECTRIC POWER TRANSMISSION LINE INSTALLATION.
2. PART II: UNIT COST ESTIMATES FOR THE SPECIALIZED SECTOR OF SUBSTATION INSTALLATION.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 10, 2023.
Article 3. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THE DETERMINATION AND MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT COSTS AS PROVIDED FOR IN DECREE NO. 10/2021/NĐ-CP DATED FEBRUARY 9, 2021 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT COSTS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
