Decision No. 36/QD-BNN-KTHT On announcing a new administrative procedure within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

DECISION

REGARDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTRY

OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 63/2010/ND-CP OF JUNE 8, 2010 ON ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE CONTROL.

BASED ON THE CIRCULAR NO. 46/2014/TT-BNNPTNT OF DECEMBER 5, 2014 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN CONTENTS hỗ trợ RELATED TO PRODUCTION AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE DECISION NO. 551/QD-TTg OF APRIL 4, 2013 OF THE PRIME MINISTER. b) To take the lead or coordinate with relevant agencies and units in developing plans for statistical surveys, using administrative data within the scope of management of the Ministry to collect and compile information under the agricultural and rural development statistical indicator system; AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COOPERATIVE ECONOMY AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT,

ANNEXED HERETO IS ONE NEW ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ANNOUNCED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.

DECISION:

Article 1. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 21, 2015.

Article 2. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COOPERATIVE ECONOMY AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, THE HEADS OF THE BUREAUS, DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORATES, AND ASSOCIATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Legal Department, the Director of the Cooperative and Rural Development Economy Department, the Heads of the General Departments, Departments, Bureaus, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
