Regarding the promulgation of new administrative procedures within the scope of functions and management responsibilities
of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 39/2012/QD-TTg dated October 5, 2012 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulation on the management of ornamental trees, shade trees, and ancient trees;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director General of the Forest Administration and the Head of the Ministry's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. ANNEXED to this Decision are five new administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from December 1, 2012.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Units directly related shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
