Pursuant to Decision No. 50/2007/QĐ-TTg dated April 12, 2007 of the Government Chairman on improving the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention;

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1365/QĐ-TTg dated October 10, 2007 on appointing members of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Association of War Invalids and Martyrs;
Supplement Mr. Pham Huu Bon, Vice Chairman of the Central Vietnam Association of War Invalids and Martyrs, as a member of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the central city administrations, members of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention, and Mr. Pham Huu Bon are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
